Order Modifications

For any desired changes to your order, please notify us promptly. We'll strive to accommodate your request; however, due to high order volumes, honoring modifications before dispatch may not always be feasible. Please be aware that order modifications can only be processed within 1 hour of your order being placed, as we work diligently to swiftly dispatch your package.
 

We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy in all details. If you discover any errors or require adjustments, kindly contact us at your earliest convenience. We'll make every effort to assist you in incorporating the necessary changes before dispatch.
 

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any further modifications or alterations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Domestic Shipping:

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. 

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may slightly vary. Rest assured, we work diligently to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed the same day if it is booked before 12 p.m. Orders will be processed next day if it is booked after 12 p.m.
 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your designated address. 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.
 

Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, holidays, or unexpected delays. 

You will receive an email confirmation with your order's tracking link once it has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for any delays that are caused by carriers.

United States:

  • Standard: 7 - 10 business days ($6.95 USD or FREE over $50)
  • Expedited: 5 - 8 business days ($8.95 USD)

United Kingdom: 

  • Standard: 7 - 9 business days (£4.95 USD or FREE over $50)
  • Expedited: 5 - 6 business days (£6.95 USD)

 Rest of the World:

  • Standard: 7 - 14 business days ($4.95 USD or FREE over $50)
  • Priority: 5 - 10 business days ($6.95 USD)

Failed Deliveries:

Please kindly double-check that all your shipping details are precise and comprehensive, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information before purchasing your order.

 

Failure to provide accurate information may lead to your package being sent back to us, and any additional shipping expenses or charges incurred due to the unsuccessful delivery will not be our responsibility.

 

If your package is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will get in touch with you to coordinate a replacement shipment.

 

Please be aware that there might be a fee associated with the replacement, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding with the new shipment.
